The comprehensive study surveys new car drivers about the issues they encountered during the first 90 days of ownership. It then uses these results to rank brands based on the problems per 100 vehicles.
Tens of thousands of new car owners offered responses, reporting concerns about everything from powertrain and handling to driver assist features and climate control. In fact, infotainment systems remain the biggest source of complaints.
Winning top honors is nothing new for RAM, whose popular pickup truck, the RAM 1500, was named the Most Awarded Light-Duty Truck in America!
